Proud of you!

As previously mentioned our esteemed CEO, Ana Plesent, was nominated for the Femfessional award by the Bill Ussery Marketing Manager. Our best wishes went to Ana as she left for the breakfast Friday Sept 18 in the Morning.

We’ve always known Ana was a force to reckoned with, she is the type of leader who leads by example and her most admirable trait is her “kill ‘em with kindness” attitude. Her success can be attributed to, her continuous efforts to earn the business she has already earned, as well as her continued efforts to put her best foot forward at even the most monotonous tasks. 

That afternoon Ana entered the office with a shiny new award in her hands and an opulent smile on her face! She was truly honored, in her brief summary of the ceremony she told us:

                “Nicole said such nice things about everyone before they came up to accept their awards, and I couldn’t believe she was saying those things about me! …it’s hard to go up there when someone you admire just said all those nice things about me” she says as she turns pink again.

Ana is not one to accept a compliment and is humbled every time someone says something nice about her and her marvelous accomplishments. I guess she won’t feel comfortable reading this!

Ana, your team is very proud of you and very grateful to have a leader such as your-self. Thank you and we hope many more wishes come your way!!!

Femfessional

The perfect balance between Femme & Professional

Only five women were awarded for this honor.We are proud to announce that our very own Ana Plesent has been nominated to receive a Femfessional Award.

Femfessional was started as a hobby for Violet Sproul. It was just her and 20 of her friends, all “sisters” in business. She had the idea of just meeting casually for lunch on a regular basis. However, these regular luncheons grew within a few months to about a 100 business women.

That definitely sums it up about Ms. Plesent. She is our fabulous Femfessional.

Tour The World- With Wines

This month our field Links took to Walgreens stores to conduct samplings of Tour Guide Selection Wines while pairing with delicious chocolates. Our promotional staff encourage all guests who enter Walgreen's to begin the journey around the world by tasting a taste of our samples. Guests are first offered a refreshing taste of the Sea Cave Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Up next on this trip is Nolita, a Pinot Grigio from Italy. Our Next stop is Argentina with a Malbec, decadently named Rancho Alto. Escamas del Dragon brings us to our final destination, a Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile. All of these wines are offered with a pairing of Ritter Chocolates for a fuller experience.

                This Mother’s day promotion is going on this weekend at various Walgreens locations around Florida.  Make sure to stop by and pick up a bottle and chocolate!

In Training!

As Miami residents, we love an opportunity to wear Uggs and colorful scarves but, spring is coming soon! Linking Promotions is gearing up for one of the busiest Springs we have had on record. Are you on board?

We recently had one of our many Link training sessions to prepare our newest Links to join our core group. In this session we went over Linking etiquette, points on working with specific clients, presentation, appearance, work expectations and we also invited two special guests! Two VIP Links to tell the newbies, how they started and how they have grown with Linking.
